This article describes how to manage access and control over requests and reports
Configuring Permissions For The Request
Administrators can configure permissions to control who can create, edit, or delete requests at various stages (such as Draft or Completed). This provides detailed control over user roles and their interactions with requests throughout the workflow.
Steps to adjust permissions for the request
- Open view Administration->Settings in the left menu and select tab "Requests Permissions".
- Adjust settings to your needs by selecting or deselecting proper checkbox
- Click button "Save Request Permissions" to confirm

Configuring Permissions For Reports
This setting allows administrators to configure access to reports in the left menu, determining which users or groups can view or interact with specific reports, ensuring that sensitive or critical information is appropriately protected
Steps to adjust permissions for reports
- Open view Administration->Settings in the left menu and select tab "Reports Permissions".
- Adjust settings to your needs by clicking on the cell and selecting option from the drop-down list (e.g. show or hide specific report for specific user role)
- Click button "Save Report Permissions" to confirm
