Updating and Reviewing Requests

Follow these steps to check the status of your request or make updates as needed

  1. Navigate to the 'Requests' section in the left menu and click on the "Created by Me"
  2. Click the details icon on selected request
  3. If you need to update the request, click the button "Edit", perform changes, and confirm by clicking on the button "Save".

Request details page consists of the following tabs:

  • Request Form: Stores the primary information of your request.
  • Request Info: Displays essential metadata related to the request.
  • Attachments: Allows you to manage additional documents related to the request.
  • Comments: Facilitates communication and collaboration on the request.
  • Request Flow: Visualizes the approval process and current request status.
  • Changes History: Tracks all modifications made to the request.

Reviewing Requests in Travel Calendar

The Travel Calendar provides a visual way to track travel requests, allowing you to view them in either Month View or Timeline View. You can filter requests by department, choosing to see either all departments or only your own.

Clicking on a travel entry opens a Travel Summary, where you can quickly review key trip details and navigate to the full travel request. This feature helps you stay informed about upcoming trips and improves coordination across your organization. travel_calendar

Note: The Travel Calendar feature and/or the ability to view all requests across the organization may be disabled by the app administrator based on your organization's settings.
